They have an additional backup camera and both cargo vans come with the option of heated seats. The safety features include anti-lock brakes and side- curtain airbags. Along with the feature of parking sensors, they have the feature of traction control automatic high beams. So, one can sure of the safety of driving cargo vans. One difference is that the Mercedes Sprinter van has the feature of a diesel power drive and an all-wheel drive, so the drive is fast and the pickup is heavy. The Mercedes Metris has only a single engine available with the option of only rear wheel drive. So, in all the Sprinter van outdoes the Metris. Driving As for the driving experience, the driving is smooth and safe. But in the Mercedes Sprinter van, one feels like driving a bus or truck due to its steering wheel and seating arrangement and a bigger size.
